Cosmetology. She loves working with people and she
is always happy to help students as well as sharing
information with incoming students. She brings

Cosmetology Instructor
Victoria is a licensed cosmetologist and has been
working in the field of cosmetology as a hair
stylist, skin care expert, and cosmetology
instructor for over 22 years. She is fluent in
English and Spanish, and she enjoys passing on her
knowledge and skills to students enrolled in our

Carolina Popkin
Cosmetology instructor
Carolina is a licensed cosmetologist and has over 20
years of experience in the field. Her experience
consists of working as a cosmetology instructor,
hair stylist and a beauty specialist. Carolina
brings her enthusiasm, passion, and expertise for
hair design to classes at San Francisco College of
Cosmetology. |

Odilon Vasconcelos
Cosmetology Instructor
Odilon holds a cosmetology license and has been
working in the field for over 15 years. He is also
a successful owner of a beauty salon in San
Francisco and he acts as an educator for NEXXUS
beauty products. He is passionate and willing to
share all his hands-on experience with students
while being fluent in English and Spanish. |

Mary Thuy Tran
Manicurist Instructor
Mary is a licensed manicurist and has over 20 years
of experience in the field as a manicurist and a
manicurist instructor. She is fluent in English and
Vietnamese. Prior to teaching at SFCC she owned a
successful nail salon in San Francisco. She teaches
students not only theories and different techniques,
but also hands-on experience with exotic designs for
nails. Graduates from her class are more likely to
pass the California State Board Exam and be ready
for a successful career in the nail care industry. |

Loc Nguyen
Manicurist Instructor
Mr. Nguyen holds a manicurist license and has over
10 years experience as a manicurist and a manicurist
instructor. He relates to his students on a
very personal and caring level. He enjoys
teaching and spends countless hours reviewing
training material that enables his students to stay current on the
latest trends and skills in the nail care industry.
He is fluent English and Vietnamese. |

Annie Cao
Esthetician and Manicurist Instructor
Annie is a licensed esthetician and manicurist and
holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She has
been practicing in the field for over 8 years. The
experience includes managing a salon and teaching at
other cosmetology schools. She brings enthusiasm
and a tremendous passion for skin care to SFCC. She
is continuously doing research and stays current on
the latest trends and demands in these growing
fields. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese. |

Vera has over 9 years experience in the field of
cosmetology. Her experience consists of working as
a cosmetology instructor and a beauty specialist.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and
Vietnamese. Vera is patient, has a good sense of
humor, and is committed to sharing her skills and
experience to improve the lives of our students at
SFCC. |
